Legal basis: Article 6(1) of the GDPR:
- conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of tourist services,
- fulfillment of our legal obligations – statutory, tax, and accounting obligations,
- pursuing the legitimate interests of Feel Active.pl, such as direct marketing of our own tourist products and services.
Civil Code:
- establishment, assertion, or defense of claims (up to 10 years).
Processed data:
In order to provide services, we process data such as: first name(s), last name, gender, address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. If required by the destination, we also process identity document details and other information required by the authorities of that country.
Method of obtaining data:
Your data has been obtained directly from you during the reservation of services. In cases where the reservation was not made in person, the data was obtained from the person making the reservation on your behalf.
Sharing your data:
We disclose your personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract for participation in a tourist event and legal requirements, to the following recipients: hotel service providers, carriers, insurers, providers of additional services (e.g., guides).
Data retention period:
– if the data concerns a contract with Feel Active.pl for the provision of tourist services, then no less than the period necessary for the performance of the contract, fulfillment of accounting reporting obligations, and the limitation period for claims arising from the contract (10 years from the performance of the contract).

We provide appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the provided personal data, in particular, to prevent unauthorized access or processing in violation of the law, and to prevent data loss, damage, or destruction.

Rights that apply to each individual include:
